T6 heat treatment

T6 heat treatment aims to significantly improve the mechanical properties of aluminum alloys, particularly their strength and hardness. This is achieved by dissolving the alloying elements at high temperatures, followed by quenching and then artificially aging to precipitate strengthening phases, thus reaching the highest strength state while maintaining good corrosion resistance.
